Cosmomask® is a photosensitive material for screen printing (direct/indirect method).
Cosmomask® is a photosensitive material for screen printing. This thick-layer photopolymer film makes the preparation of screen film much easier compared with the conventional direct method.
Features
- High Productivity
- By simply attaching the film to the gauze and coating the backing photosensitive emulsion on the squeegee surface, a PS plate for thick-film screens can be created, greatly reducing the plate-making time compared to the direct method.
- Excellent Resolution
- The plate is water-washable and achieves high resolution.
- Line Edge Sharpness
- The film surface is flat, providing a sharp finish to printed materials.
